Every process has multiple steps, this is your pipeline.

We have created a set of default pipeline stages for you to use:

  • Qualified

  • Needs Discovered

  • Proposal Presented

  • Negotiations

  • Closing

These stages are fully customisable in your settings where you can add, remove and create as many or as little stages as you require for your needs. Tickets and Pipeline stages are managed the same in either Sales or Customer Service view.

Edit, Delete, Add as much as you like.


When you click on the Tickets or Pipeline button, in the leads menu you will see all your leads in their stages.

You can drag and drop your leads to any stage.
