Every channel that you have merged or added data to will show as an option here, so if your lead gave you their email address when they started the conversation on live chat then you will see Email and Livechat options in the list. If you add their phone number you will see SMS as well. To see other channels, you will need to merge them in such as Whatsapp, Line or Facebook.
