Can I add more information to my customer details

Yes, to add more details to your leads, just click in one of the fields on the customer details card on the right of the conversation panel, and you can add more data to any lead.

It will automatically save the data for you.

Can I add more than one IMAP email accounts

Currently we only support one shared IMAP email address per account.

Can I add multiple facebook pages

Yes, you can add as many Facebook pages to your account, as your subscription level allows.
